Bright Horizons College Coach has been assisting families in achieving their education goals for more than 20 years. With a strong service mission, commitment to excellence, and focus on ethical guidance, we work with tens of thousands of families who receive our services for free through their employer-sponsored benefit and hundreds more via our more traditional independent consulting service. In both cases, we interact directly with students and parents in person, over the phone, and via video conference. Primary PurposeAs a Senior Manager of Educational Counseling, you will guide our clients through the college admissions process, helping students present and maximize their unique strengths, accomplishments, and potential in a student-focused and ethical way. Our team is made up of former admissions and financial aid officers who are dedicated to supporting every kind of student as they consider their best educational path beyond high school. Flexibility plays a key role at Bright Horizons College Coach, not just in our interactions with our clients and one another, but in the way we do our jobs on a day-to-day basis. We work remotely, yet we also share a deep sense of community and camaraderie. Salary/Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures: The annual starting salary for this position is between $67,000 - $102,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
