What to Expect

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Poplar Bluff, MO plant, you will be a Scheduler.


Keys Responsibilities (to name a few)

  • Schedule and coordinate the flow of work within or between departments or manufacturing plants to expedite production and product delivery
  • Review master production schedule and work orders
  • Establish priorities for specific customer orders and revise schedules according to work order specification
  • Establish priorities and availability of or capability of workers, parts, materials, machines, and equipment
  • Control the inventory of assigned products in accordance with management objectives
  • Establish and manage production schedules on a daily basis
  • Use various computer programs (LMES, MES, WMS, Oracle, etc.) to complete required tasks
  • Other tasks or duties as assigned
  • This role is an individual contributor role with no supervisory responsibilities

About You

  • Associates degree with 1-2 year's experience in manufacturing environment preferred
  • Interpersonal and communication skills necessary to train, direct, lead, facilitate and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-directed, able to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Good math, oral and formal communications.
  • Advanced problem solving skills required to resolve production and people issues.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple group efforts within the plant to achieve objectives.
  • Demonstrate excellent planning and organizational abilities
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite
