As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts and/or responders, and provide customer service that reflects Allied Universal values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity within a people-first culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff and visitors at a financial institution location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access points, report unauthorized persons and/or suspicious activity, and assist with visitor direction and general inquiries in accordance with post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to site leadership and/or public emergency services as directed.
• Complete patrol logs and incident reports, document observations accurately, and communicate updates to site representatives and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A State, County, or City Issued Security License is preferred.
• A CPR Certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
