This is an unarmed driving post, requiring a valid driver's license in line with AU Driver Policy Requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, medical calls, and/or coordinating with local emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout sales areas, back-of-house corridors, loading areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, observing for suspicious behavior, potential theft indicators, and/or unauthorized access, and promptly notify appropriate personnel per post orders.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate relevant updates to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
