You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with clear communication and customer-focused service. You will complete reports using provided technology while supporting a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and grounded in integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, contractors, and/or visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial buildings, production areas, loading docks, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter routes as assigned.
• Monitor access points and assist with controlling entry and exit of personnel and vehicles by following post orders, verifying authorization, and directing traffic flow when needed.
• Complete security-related reports such as incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity reports, and communicate observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
