ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Associate Brand Manager Home Cleaning you will be accountable for driving financial results, managing portfolio strategy, launching new products, leading large cross-functional teams, delivering best in class marketing plans and engaging with agency partners. The position will report to the Brand Manager, Home Cleaning and you will have brand counter parts in innovation and Omni. It's an exciting time to join the Home Cleaning team! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Portfolio Strategy and Management:

• Develop and execute comprehensive portfolio strategies to drive growth and market share.
• Manage assortment and determine cadence of innovations, renovations and exits.
• Commercialize new products and prepare selling materials.
• Lead a cross-functional team supporting the business through RD&E, CIBA, Finance, Supply Chain, Omni, Demand Planning and Equity.

Budget Management:

• Develop a strong understanding of the P&L and levers to meet financial objectives.

Forecasting & Share Analysis:

• Analyze monthly Nielsen consumption data to make in-time recommendations to the sales forecast, and identify opportunities and risks
• Review inputs within New Products launches, Pricing, Distribution, Marketing Innovation and Competition to inform business performance and predict market share

Marketing Plan Development and Execution:

• Brief agency partners to deliver best in class marketing programs delivering on brand strategic and financial guidelines
• Provide creative feedback and manage deliverables to ensure timely execution of creative and media with agency partners
• Leverage the latest tools and technologies (Profound, Workspace, MMA) to maximize marketing effectiveness for our brands

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of relevant business experience OR advanced degree and a minimum of 3+ years of relevant business experience
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

• Proven project leadership capability and passion to grow within brand management roles
• Analytic capabilities (data mining, insight generation, communicating findings and recommendations verbally and visually)
• Understanding of the fundamentals around managing the business P&L
• Ability to build strong working relationships and lead a cross-functional team
• Works with a sense of urgency and delivers winning results individually and through others
