Our Opening and Your Responsibilities In this role, you'll be part of a skilled service team responsible for maintaining, repairing, and calibrating Rainin pipettes and related equipment. Your day may include: Diagnosing instrument issues with a mix of curiosity and precision Performing repairs, maintenance, and calibrations according to our quality standards Documenting service activities with accuracy and attention to detail Ensuring every instrument shipped back to customers performs like new Learning new techniques and tools that support our evolving service operations You'll play a key role in keeping our customers' labs running smoothly - and protecting the integrity of the experiments that happen there.
