  • Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and compliance across the Reinsurance finance organization.
  • Support disciplined execution against approved business cases, with clear accountability and transparency on delivery versus plan.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and develop a highperforming Reinsurance finance team, fostering strong engagement, accountability, and talent development.
  • Partner closely with Regional CFOs, Solution Line finance leaders, Strategy, ABS, and other enterprise functions to ensure consistency of data, insights, and execution.
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders, balancing challenge and support in a matrixed organization.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in complex, global organizations.
  • Strong background in strategic finance, FP&A, performance management, and capital allocation.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior business leaders in marketdriven, cyclical, or financial services environments; experience in insurance, reinsurance, or capital markets is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, influence across a matrix, and operate effectively at the executive and Board level.
  • Deep financial modeling and analytical expertise, including ROI/ROIC analysis, valuation, and scenario planning.
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting, cash management, tax, and financial controls.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Critical Leadership Capabilities

  • Executive Presence & Judgment: Clear, confident communicator with the ability to distill complexity into actionable insight and influence senior stakeholders.
