Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer for our Colloidal Technologies Group (CTG) Division. A growth bet for CTG is the microelectronics (MicroE) industry, for which specialty abrasives are a critical input to chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) process. The existence and management of quality management system (QMS) is a leading business driver for the entire MicroE value chain. As a customer quality engineer (CQE), you will be focused primarily on slurry formulators and wafer manufacturers that supply Microelectronic (ME) fabs. However, this role will also support all CTG customers or segments that have management of change (MOC) requirements or maintain quality scorecards (i.e., Catalyst, Specialty Coatings, and Precision Investment Casting). The CQE will be a subject matter expert (SME) on Nalco's colloidal silica process and its impact to CTG customers.
