What you will enjoy doing*

Perform deep dive assessments and develop strategic insights on future opportunities and threats.
In this role, you will identify and evaluate step-change technologies
Develop and maintain state-of-the-art knowledge in recent developments and future trends
Create and maintain significant technical networks with external organizations
Seek and create partnerships with other companies to jointly develop novel technologies
Perform pre-feasibility studies (Technical and Commercial) to select concepts for development
Business development experience including developing business cases and partnering concepts and obtaining buy-in from senior leadership for novel technologies and business models
Prepare internal and external funding proposals
Develop and implement IP protection

What makes you great

PhD in Chemical Engineering with 15+ years of relevant industrial experience
Proven track record of innovation and successfully developing and commercializing new technologies
Process simulation experience with the ability to conceptualize and analyze integrated systems
Demonstrated experience with systems modeling and techno-economic assessment
Deep Knowledge in one or more of mega trend technologies
Business development experience for novel concepts, technologies and business models
Creativity, with excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
Independent, driven, results-oriented disposition
