As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a dynamic location, conducting routine rounds, staying visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and responding to alarms and service requests. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards.
• Control access points by verifying identification, processing visitors and/or drivers, and monitoring entry and exit activity in accordance with post orders.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity, and communicate pertinent information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Alarm Panel Experience is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Loss Prevention is preferred.
• Lift More Than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
