Milliman's Employee Benefits Consulting Practice is seeking a motivated college student for a part-time internship. This is a 12-month position, required to be in-office at our Little Falls, NJ location spending 10-15 hours a week, starting by April 6, 2026. We are flexible with college students' schedules and encourage applicants who can balance academic commitments with professional experience. We are specifically seeking a current sophomore or junior who is pursuing a degree with a focus in mathematics or actuarial science. This role offers a chance to grow professionally and develop technical skills in the actuarial field. Ideal candidates will have strong technical abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a self-driven attitude.
