The Resource Analyst will serve as a tactical member of the Operations team. Responsible for controlling the resource management process. The primary responsibility will be to proactively plan, roster and allocate labor and Ground Service Equipment for designated stations. This role is also responsible for analyzing productivity, worked hours and labor cost trends, as well as operational KPIs, to adjust the labor/GSE planning accordingly and ensure targets are met. Job Responsibilities
- Accurate planning / allocation of staff ensuring engagement standards & SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are adhered to while meeting budget requirements.
- Assist stations with the schedule and rostering output of the staff and hours allocation.
- Accurate planning of required Ground Service Equipment to meet customer and station needs while aligning with budget requirements.
- Prompt reaction to situations, changes to Customer Airline schedules and accurate recording and communication to respective stations and leadership.
- Advanced planning of Operations roster - Ensuring correct Operational coverage available 24x7x365.
- Analyze actual vs scheduled hours to recognize trends and adjust accordingly.
- Consistent and accurate utilization of company tools.
- Undertake analysis/provide reports as required by the Leadership.
- Liaise with Planning, HR (Human Resources) and Training departments regarding required headcount, training requirements, staff holidays and absences.
- Close liaison with Station Management and HR to ensure alignment on standards, work rules, local logistics, etc...
- Complete RFP analysis for potential new business as required.
- Complete planning vs actual reviews with station leadership to ensure goals are met.

- Fully understand AGI Health & Safety and Security policies.
- Attend training courses as may be required by AGI.
Qualifications and Competencies
- At least 3 years of Airport/Airline operational/planning/scheduling experience, Bachelor Degree Preferred
- Excellent planning and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work on various shifts - Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends and Holiday periods in line with business demand and operational requirements.
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to travel as needed to support job responsibilities. (Approx 25%) This includes occasional shift work to fully understand the jobs that are being planned.
- Able to use judgement and think on your feet to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and priorities.
