THE POSITION

The Products Support Manager provides hands-on coordination and process assistance to the Product Managers. Working under the direction of the Product Managers and Products leadership, this position supports the development workflows by maintaining schedules, coordinating reviews, and ensuring required materials are organized and available. DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The Products Support Manager plays a critical role on the Products team at the Pennsylvania Lottery by supporting the behind-the-scenes work that makes every game launch possible. This position supports Product Managers by maintaining accurate documentation, tracking development activity, and ensuring Products information is organized, current, and ready when needed.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, likes seeing how things come together, and takes pride in keeping complex work running smoothly. The Products Support Manager works across multiple Product categories, supports numerous concurrent game developments, and helps the team successfully bring a large number of games to market each year.

The role is detail-oriented, collaborative, and offers exposure to the full Products portfolio. The Products Support Manager works closely with Product Managers and both internal and external teams, bringing clarity, organization, and reliability to the work that turns Products planning into live games.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to three days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.
  • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • One year as a Lottery Specialist 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
  • Two years of professional marketing, advertising, or merchandising experience and a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, data science, economics, or a related field; or
  • Six years of experience managing a retail business, servicing retail sales accounts, or marketing products to retail accounts, which includes advertising, marketing communications, product research, or promotion..

Additional Requirements:

  • You must have:
    • Knowledge of the principles and practices of marketing, product promotion, sales, or brand management.
    • Knowledge of graphic or digital design, specifically with the use and functionality of some Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g. Photoshop and Illustrator).
    • Knowledge of the use and functionality of Microsoft Office Suite software.
    • Skill in managing multiple high priorities, projects, and deadlines.
    • The ability to adapt to changing priorities.
    • The ability to interpret and apply policies, rules, and regulations.
    • The ability to communicate effectively in verbally and in writing.
    • The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.
