| Position Purpose |
With guidance from the Associate Director, Program Experience for Tuck Undergraduate Education and in partnership with undergraduate education colleagues, coordinates delivery for in-person, virtual, and hybrid business education programs for undergraduate students. This role is responsible for ensuring a high-quality, engaging, and technically seamless learning experience across online platforms, particularly Zoom-based program delivery. |
| Description |
Working closely with the undergraduate education team and Tuck faculty, this role implements comprehensive delivery plans for Tuck's non-degree undergraduate programs. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, a collaborative and flexible working style, and experience in event and/or conference planning. This position supports and delivers programming for undergraduate students at Dartmouth and at partner colleges and universities. See

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in successfully coordinating conferences or events involving presenters and attendees.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications, and ability to learn new digital tools as required by program needs.
- Knowledge of professional office process administration and team-based project management and academic operations gained through a liberal arts education and/or work experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and oral presentation skills and abilities.
- Able to support, contribute to, and strengthen a vibrant, culturally diverse, and inclusive learning community of students, alumni, faculty, and fellow professionals.
- Able to anticipate, deliver on, and exceed the expectations of faculty and program participants.
- Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required by program schedules and delivery needs.
- Willingness to travel domestically as program needs require.

| Preferred Qualifications |
- Experience working within higher education, admissions, or other enrollment management environment.
- Experience working with undergraduate populations.
- Interest in business education.
- Experience with customer relationship and/or learning management systems (e.g. Canvas) and CRM systems for organizations with comparable institutional priorities and performance standards.

Key Accountabilities
| Description |
1.
Session Facilitation and Participant Experience:
- In consultation with program experience colleagues, coordinates and supports the delivery of a professional, well-organized, and high-quality program experience that aligns with the caliber of program content; communicates effectively with internal colleagues and partners to relay program details and requirements.
- Serves as a live virtual facilitator for online and hybrid sessions, managing Zoom functionality, monitoring participant engagement, and troubleshooting technical or access issues in real time to ensure a seamless experience.
- Provides logistical support and serves as a primary point of contact for program participants, faculty, and facilitators throughout program delivery, demonstrating poise, responsiveness, and professionalism.
- Anticipates participant, faculty, and program needs and proactively addresses issues to ensure a positive experience, seeking guidance from executive and undergraduate education teams as needed.

Program Preparation and Planning:
- Partners with undergraduate education team, program faculty, and approved vendors to coordinate all logistical aspects of assigned programs, including venues, accommodations, catering, facilities, A/V and IT needs, materials preparation, and classroom support, ensuring seamless execution before, during, and after each program.
- Coordinates virtual and hybrid program delivery logistics, including Zoom meeting and webinar setup, breakout rooms, polling, screen sharing, recording, technology rehearsals, run-of-show documentation, and participant technology communications.
- Collaborates with internal and external partners to secure required resources and services and works closely with program teams and faculty to prepare instructional content.
- Prepares and distributes program materials, participant communications, and post-program evaluations and supports program enrollment processes by reviewing select program applications as needed.
