The leader drives innovation, facilitates major initiatives, and ensures strong operations that enhance both patient experience and coworker satisfaction. Responsibilities include collaborating with Department Directors and Supervisors on staffing, productivity, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and problemsolving, while serving as an accessible resource to physicians, leaders, and staff. The position also supports growth through program development, marketing efforts, and improved customer service, and plays a key part in longterm planning, resource management, and positioning service lines as regional centers of excellence. Position Details: Education: Master's degree required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience at the Director level or above. Strong ability to lead across a diverse scope of services, including Perioperative Services, Gastroenterology and Ambulatory Surgical Specialty Clinics. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Consistently upholds and role models a high level of professionalism. Maintains current knowledge of evolving trends and best practices in the healthcare environment through ongoing continuing education.
