The Senior Project/Program Manager serves as a strategic program manager responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives that require coordination across multiple business units and technical teams. Operating with significant autonomy, this person ensures stakeholder alignment, removes organizational barriers, and drives decision-making at the working team level. Core responsibilities include managing complex strategic projects from inception through launch, establishing success metrics and business intelligence frameworks to track outcomes, and influencing functional leaders to ensure coordinated execution. This role enables the director to maintain strategic focus by owning the operational execution of key initiatives, identifying risks and dependencies early, and ensuring systems, processes, and communication plans support organizational readiness. Strong program management includes maintaining clear project documentation, driving crisp status updates across agreed channels, and preparing materials that support executive decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
This is a hybrid position that will be based in Atlanta, GA or Overland Park, KS. Candidate will come into the office 2 days/week.

USD 89,400.00 - 134,000.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $89,400.00 - $134,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
