Description Essential Job Functions Demonstrates SoundOff Signal's Core Values in daily interactions with internal and external customers. Lead, develop and coach teams responsible for the management of Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Travel & Expense, Company Credit Cards and other critical finance operations activities * Directly manage daily cash position, short term cash forecasting, and lead cash management decisions and activities involving primary banking partner Identify, design and lead continuous improvement and process efficiency initiatives for the Finance function Manage the design, preparation, and regular publication of key internal reports to stakeholders for the processes managed by the role Serve as an escalation contact for critical customer or supplier issues that require specialized focus or problem resolution Develop and maintain excellent internal business partnerships with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Purchasing, and IT Manage critical external business partnerships including the primary banking partner, trade credit insurer, travel and expense partners, and others Provide strategic support for CFO and Finance Directors on functional and company initiatives as directed Demonstrate and support an ongoing management style of collaborative problem solving, coaching and development, and operational excellence for the broader Finance team Able to perform job consistently without excessive absenteeism or tardiness. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance Minimum of 5 years experience related to managing finance staff for a manufacturer; specific leadership of Customer Accounts Receivable processes strongly preferred Demonstrated verbal, written and visual communication skills suitable for Executive level discussions Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; experience with Power BI and other reporting tools strongly desired Strong understanding and first-hand user knowledge of manufacturing ERP and financial reporting systems Proven excellence in financial skills and strong knowledge of end-to-end financial processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay) Prior treasury, cash management, or banking experience desired Proven ability to influence/teach/coach team members and leaders Experience with or certification in project management, Lean Six Sigma a plus Proven teamwork skills Working Conditions Mostly office environment, occasional light manufacturing environment Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Low noise level in a temperature-controlled setting Some level of domestic and/or international travel may be required May work remotely/hybrid aligned to company policies Mostly normal business hours with occasional need to flex hours | |
