Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate directly with operational teams to understand their daily tasks, challenges, and strategic objectives.

  • Analyze existing workflows to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI-driven automation, analysis, and decision support.

  • Engineer and document end-to-end AI workflows that integrate seamlessly into existing operational processes.

  • Conduct iterative testing and quality assurance on AI-generated outputs to ensure they meet mission standards for accuracy and reliability.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and lead evangelist for AI best practices within the organization.

  • Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and best-practice guides to upskill personnel on effective AI utilization.

  • Ensure AI-driven workflows and data handling comply with IL5 security protocols, including proper management of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).

  • Educate users on the platform's operational limits, emphasizing the strict prohibition against processing PII or PHI.
