Position Summary:



The Program Coordinator for the Women's Religious Program is a high-level administrative professional responsible for the operational success of the Women's cohort. This role provides comprehensive administrative management for the Vice Dean and Executive Director, including professional inbox oversight, complex calendar management, and the handling of sensitive program documentation. As a strategic thinker, this coordinator serves as the Departmental Lead for Academic Compliance and Process Architecture, maintaining the "Playbook" and all SOPs. The role requires high autonomy and a proactive commitment to utilizing AI and automation to maximize efficiency.

Schedule & Location: Monday-Friday. Remote-Eligible. Attendance at three events per year is mandatory (one in Monsey, NY; two in Lakewood, NJ-subject to change within the TriState Area). Must work 7 Sundays a year corresponding to Semesters starts and Graduation.



Position Responsibilities:




  • Administrative Operations: Manage professional inboxes for the Vice Dean and Executive Director; oversee meeting requests, complex scheduling, and preparation of critical program paperwork.
  • Process Architecture (Women's and Men's SS/WSSW Programs): Maintain and update the departmental "Playbook" and all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); ensure institutional knowledge is documented and scalable.
  • CASAC Program Leadership (Women's and Men's SS/WSSW Programs): Primary administrative lead for the CASAC program, working in conjunction with the WSSW CASAC Director to manage requirements and tracking.
  • Academic Compliance (Women's and Men's SS/WSSW Programs): Oversee tracking for the Writing Center, provisional student status, and mandatory certifications (Child Abuse/Trauma) for all programs.
  • Feedback & Data Tracking (Women's and Men's SS/WSSW Programs): Design and create digital feedback forms for all events; track and centralize responses into master reports for leadership.
  • Academic Logistics: Manage semester book lists and coordinate textbook orders for new faculty.
  • Automation & AI: Actively explore and implement AI tools to streamline administrative tasks and data tracking.
  • Program Support: Attend bi-monthly Faculty meetings (remote) and take notes; track grade submissions in Banner for the Women's cohort.



Experience & Educational Background:




  • High School Diploma required, two years of college preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of high-level administrative experience is required.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" and build systems (SOPs) that improve the program.
  • Innovation Mindset: A dedicated interest in learning and applying AI and automations to become more efficient.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Canvas, and Banner.
  • Community Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Haredi Community.



Salary Range:



$66,300-$67,000
