In addition, we are committed to equitable compensation practices and full compliance with state and local pay transparency laws and in such, we disclose the following compensation details for this role:

• Salary Range:$86,079.72 - $146,324.22, which reflects the full compensation band for the position, based on market data, internal equity, and role responsibilities
• Target Hiring Range:$95,000 - $115,000, which reflects the range we anticipate offering to qualified candidates, based on experience, skills, location and alignment with role expectations.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain related field, preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in Warehouse/Logistics Operations
• Experience in computerized warehouse management and transportation management systems.
• Understanding financial/accounting principles and operational budgeting.
• Proven experience in developing and managing annual operating plans (P&L).
• Ability to empower the workforce and build strong teams through hiring, developing, evaluating, training, coaching, and succession planning.
• Proven ability to define performance measures directly related to business and hold people accountable for such.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build direct relationships with hourly and salaried team members.
• Excellent customer service focus and results oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer skills, including SAP; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
