For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. The Patient Service Coordinator is one of the most important and multifaceted roles within our department. This position serves as the central hub of our team - ensuring seamless communication between families, providers, and staff, coordinating appointments and procedures, managing complex scheduling needs, and helping guide patients through every step of their care journey. The success of our department relies heavily on this role's organization, professionalism, compassion, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. It is truly a cornerstone position that keeps our operations running smoothly and directly impacts the quality of care we provide.

  • Pediatric Gastroenterology | MaineHealth Barbara Bush Children's | MaineHealth
  • Full-time, 40-hours per week
  • Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM
  • Fully onsite at 887 Congress St. Suite 300 Portland, ME
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Two years of administrative patient service experience.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
