Quality Engineer-NPI- Level 3 and 4 The Quality Engineer-NPI is responsible for ensuring that products and manufacturing processes meet company and regulatory quality standards through the new product introduction portion of the product lifecycle. This role focuses on advanced quality planning, process validation, and problem-solving, with a particular emphasis on the development and completion of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation for both top-level assemblies and make parts. They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, manufacturability, and compliance during design, development, and early production phases while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Level 3: Estimated annual base pay: $89,000 (minimum) - $116,000 (midpoint) - $142,000(maximum) Level 4: Estimated annual base pay: $108,000 (minimum) - $140,000 (midpoint) - $173,000(maximum)

Quality Engineer Level 3: Key Responsibilities:
