**What you'll do:**

* Support the strategic execution of lifecycle communications, including welcome, activation, and product education campaigns, designed to significantly improve customer engagement and early retention.

* Assist in the development and deployment of crucial customer communications across diverse channels such as email, SMS, digital platforms, in-app messaging, and direct mail, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards and regulatory requirements.

* Coordinate seamlessly with internal partners to manage timelines, secure necessary approvals, and ensure timely delivery of all campaign assets.

* Maintain comprehensive project trackers, timelines, and detailed documentation to ensure transparent campaign execution and visibility across teams.

* Contribute to campaign performance reporting, quality assurance (QA), and insightful post-launch analysis to continuously optimize our strategies.

* Actively identify opportunities to refine processes, enhance documentation, and improve workflow efficiency, driving continuous improvement within the team.

* Provide essential support for team initiatives during critical customer-impacting events or operational updates, ensuring smooth communication and resolution.

* Foster a collaborative team culture through consistent reliability, accountability, and an enthusiastic willingness to learn and grow.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

* 1-2 years of experience in marketing, customer experience, communications, or a related field.

* Demonstrated project coordination or project management experience.

* A keen interest or early experience in lifecycle marketing, customer onboarding, or customer communications.

* Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

* Highly organized, meticulously detail-oriented, and genuinely eager to develop professionally.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Familiarity with project management tools.

* Exposure to essential services, utilities, or consumer-facing industries.

* An interest in crisis, issue, or operational communications.
