We are seeking a proactive and engaging individual to join our team as a crucial coordinator, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every candidate. In this role, you will be at the heart of our talent acquisition efforts, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate the interview process for a high volume of internal and external candidates. Your contributions will be vital in supporting various talent initiatives, directly influencing the quality and efficiency of our hiring process.

**What You'll Do:**

* Ensure a positive candidate experience by meticulously scheduling interviews based on calendar availability for hiring teams.

* Warmly greet guests and new hires upon their arrival in the reception area.

* Proactively monitor and manage various shared email inboxes.

* May assist in scheduling interviews for mid-level roles, coordinating with administrative assistants for manager availability.

* Perform other essential duties as assigned to support the talent acquisition team.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* High School degree.

* One year of related work experience.

* Detail-Oriented

* Multitasking ability

* Process Oriented

* Proficiency in scheduling interviews

* Problem Solving skills

* Effective verbal & written communication skills

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* College degree preferred.

* Two years of experience in a Customer Service or Talent Acquisition environment.

* Ability to operate effectively in an environment with high volume, ambiguity, and change.

* Proven written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to multi-task and self-organize.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $19 to $21. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
