This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring products move efficiently from vendors to buyers, directly supporting key business functions and strategic initiatives. You'll be at the heart of daily operations, contributing significantly to the seamless execution of merchandise processing and office support.

In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the lifecycle of merchandise samples, from initial receipt to final distribution, while also providing essential office support. Your efforts will directly contribute to timely product reviews, effective strategy meetings, and a well-maintained, efficient work environment. Your meticulous work will directly enable buyers to make informed decisions and vendors to receive timely feedback, playing a vital part in the company's product development and market strategy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Execute comprehensive merchandise sample processing, including sorting, ticketing, labeling, and packaging to ensure timely flow.

* Maintain and manage all sample supplies and materials.

* Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries from various carriers.

* Facilitate buyer sample processing by opening packages, packing, and shipping samples to vendors for style-outs and strategy meetings.

* Organize and maintain buyer sample closets, as well as samples for special projects and meetings.

* Ensure the organization, cleanliness, and safety of office spaces, including conference rooms.

* Assist with the replenishment of office supplies and manage the receipt and distribution of incoming and outgoing samples.

* Provide general office support, including answering phones, covering reception, filing, and troubleshooting basic printer issues.

**Qualifications:**

* Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks such as sorting, packaging, and moving items.

* Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist buyers and team members.

* Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* A proactive and reliable approach to daily responsibilities.

* Basic administrative skills, including phone etiquette, filing, and simple technical troubleshooting.
