WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a key member of the Supply & Demand Planning team, you'll play a vital role in driving strategic planning initiatives forward. You'll focus on building visualization capabilities to provide data-driven insights that inform business decisions, supporting the development of comprehensive strategies, and enhancing overall planning capabilities. Your responsibilities will include delivering scalable visualization tools for detailed data analyses, supporting quick decision-making, and presenting recommendations to diverse sets of stakeholders. You'll leverage advanced analytics tools, SAP ECC/IBP, and AI technologies to drive new data optimization methods, and build and maintain planning tools and resources. Throughout your work, you'll help meet planning goals and process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies to best meet business needs.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In the Supply & Demand Planning organization, you will interact closely with planning, ops and logistics, costing, and manufacturing teammates as well as collaborate with global and cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU BRING


Required Skills:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Power BI with strong DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) capabilities - This is a critical requirement
  • Proven experience within a manufacturing supply chain environment
  • SAP ECC and IBP experience required
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with creative storytelling abilities - Must be able to translate complex data into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, analytics, business, or a related field
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and present findings
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated inclusive and team-oriented approach to work


Preferred Skills:

  • Certified in Power BI and/or Azure
  • Experience with Co-Pilot and/or AI technologies
  • SQL/Sequel experience
