Job Summary: |
The Advancing the Science of Palliative Care Research across the Lifespan (ASCENT) Consortium is a national research initiative focused on providing resources, expertise, and coordination across institutions to advance innovative, high-quality research for those living with serious illness and those who care for them. The Senior IT Project Manager will independently implement information-based solutions for the ASCENT Consortium. These solutions may lie in database building, data review, progress monitoring, dashboard development, data analysis, project and task management, and other technology tools. The workflow for the duties within the ASCENT Consortium fluctuates based on the need of the program. Key Responsibilities:
Manage IT and software-related projects supporting operations. Oversee application support initiatives, system enhancements, service improvements, and training. Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. Assist with software support (Airtable or similar software) and coordination of the ASCENT lab including but not limited to tracking consultants and requests. Create workspaces (e.g., sheets/reports/dashboards/interfaces) to assist with reporting requirements. Build workflows and automations in Asana to support the ASCENT Consortium activities.

Qualifications: |
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with collaborating across multidisciplinary teams. Database and data management expertise using Airtable. Experience with Asana for tracking team tasks. Experience with scheduling (i.e. Outlook, Calendly, and other similar software). Experience with project management software (i.e. Asana, Smartsheet).
Conditions of Employment:
This position is not eligible now or in the future for visa sponsorship. This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement, but the employee must reside in the United States.

Anticipated Pay Range: |
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $70,889 - $90,171. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
