Job Description Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director to join the US Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) team to develop and execute on the HEOR strategy and related tactics to support the commercialization of the Vertex cystic fibrosis portfolio in the United States (US). This person will work in a highly cross-functional matrix team environment, serving as the US HEOR lead for our CF Portfolio and interfacing with Market Access, Public Affairs, and Medical teams to help develop and execute on a seamless plan for continuing to communicate the holistic and real-world value of our 5 CF medicines to various stakeholders, including payers and policymakers. This role will also be required to support similar projects in our newly-launched non-opioid Pain program. This person is expected to exhibit a strong sense of urgency to achieve corporate objectives while maintaining the highest ethical, regulatory and scientific standards. This position reports to the Senior Director of US HEOR.
