Job Description:

We are seeking a Systems engineer for an Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) system. Position will lead a small team of developers to maintain and enhance a Data Dictionary utility and repository. Responsibilities will include collaboration with internal and external customers to identify and document new requirements; facilitate, decompose, and allocate software tasking; and coordinate with software development and test teams to ensure proper implementation. The successful candidate will leverage expertise in requirements analysis, system architecture, design, development oversight, process improvement, and testing. Tasking will also include development, review, and enhancement of customer-facing and internal technical documentation.

The Level 1 System Engineer shall possess the following capabilities:

• Requirements analysis, decomposition, and tracking.
• Roadmap and Sprint planning.
• User Interface design and testing.
• Databases/SQL.
• REST Services.
• Ticketing systems (JIRA, Redmine, or similar).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills - able to clearly communicate and review architecture and design concepts..
  

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of System Engineering experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in system engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. 5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 12 years.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph

Pay Range: 145,000-195,000
