The Director of Lifespace Personal Services leads our personal services and resident care program, ensuring high-quality care delivery, strong team engagement, and sustainable growth.

This role partners closely with community leaders to assess resident needs, promote wellness and personal services, and oversee clinical, operational, and business functions of the program.

What You'll Do

• Lead and grow Lifespace Personal Services within the community
• Partner with community leadership to assess resident needs and care transitions
• Promote personal services and wellness programs through resident education and events
• Ensure exceptional resident satisfaction and service quality
• Oversee hiring, training, performance management, and retention of care team members
• Monitor care plans, documentation, infection control, and quality outcomes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvement initiatives
• Provide leadership for on-call coverage and care coordination

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience leading a personal services or healthcare team
• Strong knowledge of resident care regulations, HIPAA, and resident rights
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• RN license required in some states (Bachelor's or Master's preferred where applicable)
• Commitment to person-directed care and successful aging
