Product Manager IV - Technology - Remote - USA Overview

The Product Manager IV Technology role will help lead the expansion and adoption of our genetic tests. This role will drive innovative initiatives, and the ideal candidate will have a track record of building strong relationships with partners and customers, and who has demonstrated success influencing large cross-functional teams.

Responsibility

  1. Drive prioritization efforts for their product area and champion product area throughout organization.
  2. Partner with PMO, R&D, Data Analytics, Lab ops, and business stakeholders to write crisp and clear product requirements that drive technical specifications and user experience and interface designs.
  3. Write crisp and clear product requirements that drive technical specifications and user experience and interface designs.
  4. Champion products throughout the organization and present updates to senior management.
  5. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
  6. Continually validate products with internal and external customer feedback and against business metrics.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience with proven success shipping multiple technology products across releases.
  2. MS or Bachelor's degree with equivalent years of experience in a relevant field.
  3. Knowledge of Genomics, computational biology or relevant scientific experience.
  4. Strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  5. Track record of understanding customer needs and delivering technology solutions to address those needs.
  6. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance day-to-day product management activities
  7. Proficient in Agile development.
  8. Experience developing and presenting product use-cases and multi-phase product roadmaps.
  9. Strong analytical problem-solving and data-driven approach to decision making.
  10. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  11. Track-record of managing products across multiple projects with flawless execution.
  12. Knowledge of the healthcare space or genetics laboratory is preferred

We take geographic location into account when determining base salary to ensure equitable and competitive compensation.
