About TrackVia

At TrackVia, we don't just build software, we empower organizations around the world to radically streamline operations and digitize frontline workflows with zero code required. Our platform powers everything from post-loan processing in finance, to sterile field audits in hospitals, to safety inspections on construction sites - all instantly deployable to native mobile with no additional engineering effort.

We're looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer who is excited to build and evolve high-performance, offline-first native mobile applications across both Android and iOS, while partnering with a small, passionate team shaping the future of enterprise mobility.

What Makes Our Mobile Apps Unique
  • 100% native, fully dynamic: our mobile apps render views, business logic, forms, and workflows in real time from a backend configuration engine.
  • Field-proven at scale: powering mission-critical workflows across construction, healthcare, utilities, financial services, government and more.
  • Offline-first by design: tens of thousands of records cached per user, with full CRUD functionality available with zero connectivity.
  • Shared core logic across platforms: a robust client rules engine powers consistent behavior across Android, iOS, and Web, while preserving native UX and performance.

This is not pixel-pushing on a consumer app. You'll solve hard problems like offline data integrity, background sync under unstable networks, dynamic UI rendering, and performance tuning for real-world field environments.

What You'll Do Build and Evolve Our Native Mobile Applications
  • Design, develop, and maintain native iOS and Android applications, contributing meaningfully to both platforms.
  • Build dynamic, data-driven interfaces that render complex workflows at runtime.
  • Leverage modern mobile frameworks and platform capabilities to deliver secure, performant, and intuitive experiences.
  • Help shape and evolve our offline-first architecture, background sync mechanisms, and local data persistence strategies.
Champion Architecture, Quality, and Platform Consistency
  • Advocate for clean architecture, testable and maintainable code, and scalable mobile design patterns across platforms.
  • Design and maintain solutions for:
    • Offline data storage and conflict resolution
    • Background sync across variable network conditions
    • Secure data caching and encryption
    • Performance optimization and multi-threaded workloads
  • Write high-quality automated tests and integrate tightly with CI/CD pipelines for mobile delivery.
  • Raise the bar for security, performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
Lead Through Collaboration and Mentorship
  • Partner closely with Product, Design, and Platform teams to deliver features that directly impact customers.
  • Collaborate with mobile, web, and backend engineers to ensure a cohesive, consistent multi-platform experience.
  • Mentor and support other engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical guidance.
  • Contribute to mobile roadmap decisions and technical direction.
  • Actively participate in architecture reviews and continuous improvement of engineering processes.
What We're Looking For Must-Have Qualifications
  • 6+ years of professional mobile engineering experience, with deep expertise in either Android or iOS and strong working experience on the other platform.
  • Proven experience building native mobile applications using one or both:
    • Android: Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Jetpack / AndroidX
    • iOS: Swift, iOS SDKs, modern Apple frameworks
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns, lifecycle management, memory constraints, and concurrency.
  • Comfort designing and implementing custom UI components and dynamic layouts.
  • Experience writing high-coverage unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for mobile apps.
  • Hands-on experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines and app store deployment processes.
  • Familiarity with mobile security best practices and data protection strategies.
  • Ability and willingness to problem-solve outside of a single platform specialty.
  • Ability to leverage AI / LLMs to accelerate learning, implementation, and productivity.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to Have
  • Balanced experience shipping native production features on both Android and iOS.
  • Experience building offline-capable mobile applications with local persistence and sync.
  • Experience with mobile analytics, accessibility standards, or enterprise-scale mobile deployments.
  • Familiarity with design collaboration tools like Figma, Zeplin, or Sketch.
  • Experience working in SaaS or B2B enterprise environments.
  • Exposure to shared logic strategies or cross-platform architectural alignment
  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
Why TrackVia?
  • Work How You Work Best: Remote-first culture with optional quarterly in-person gatherings in Denver.
  • Build a Force Multiplier: Your work enables non-technical users to build powerful, mission-critical mobile apps.
  • High Impact, Low Bureaucracy: Small teams, real ownership, and fast iteration.
  • Award-Winning Culture: Recognized by Built In Colorado and Outside Magazine as one of the best places to work.
Benefits
  • Fully remote with flexible schedules.
  • Unlimited PTO and a four-day workweek during summer months.
  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Paid parental leave after six months.
