$23.63 per hour Essential Job Functions Facility Cleaning & Sanitation
- Sweep, mop, and remove trash from Supervisor offices, QC labs, and designated work areas.
- Perform cobweb knockdowns throughout the facility to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Clean and sanitize all restrooms, including floors, fixtures, mirrors, and hightouch surfaces.
- Clean break rooms and locker rooms, ensuring all surfaces, tables, and floors are maintained.
- Perform occasional refrigerator cleanouts in break areas.
- Restock breakroom supplies such as paper products, utensils, and cleaning materials.
- Clean office and conference room areas, including wiping down furniture, cleaning windows and doors, and vacuuming floors.
- Sweep and mop common areas, restrooms, and the white line around the manufacturing facility.
Floor Care and Equipment Operation
- Operate the floor scrubber periodically to maintain plant floors and production areas.
- Perform routine sweeping and mopping of floors across the facility.
Waste & Recycling Management
- Remove trash and recycling from all facility areas and dispose of materials in appropriate receptacles.
- Maintain outside plant grounds by removing trash, debris, and ensuring a clean exterior environment.
General Labor Support
- Perform sorting tasks as assigned by management.
- Assist with general labor projects and additional duties as needed to support plant operations.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Job Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, sweeping, mopping, and lifting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cleaning and labor tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized facility.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Experience/Education: * 3 years of custodial, handy work, or maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift 50 lbs and work inside and outside of manufacturing facility
