Job Description Summary

As a Human Resources College Co-op, the student supports plant HR operations by assisting with recruiting, onboarding, payroll support, associate inquiries, and administrative HR projects. Job Description:

  • Assist with life-cycle recruiting. Candidate pre-employment activities along with follow-up and tracking.
  • Assist with payroll related duties.
  • Assist associates at HR kiosk and resolve concerns as needed.
  • Assist with new hire orientations, presentations, new hire paperwork, benefits and HR functions as required.
  • Support HR with Administration, activities, and projects as required.
  • Contribute to the success of the HR department.
  • All other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Education

  • Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field with a graduation date of May 2027 or later.

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited University full-time.

  • Available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week year-round.

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.

  • Must be able to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
