Job Summary: U.S. Paving is growing in New England! We are looking for a driven Sales Project Manager to help expand our footprint in the commercial paving and concrete market. This is a true new business development role designed for a sales professional who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and closing deals. The Sales Project Manager is the face of U.S. Pavement to clients, responsible for identifying opportunities, developing long-term partnerships, and guiding projects from signed contract through successful completion in close collaboration with internal operations teams. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Proactively hunt and secure new commercial and industrial paving opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals, and market research
