Summary
The Analyst will join Chobani's Finance organization, supporting a range of corporate finance, strategic analysis, and enterprise transformation initiative. This role is ideal for a highly curious, analytical, and proactive early-career professional looking to understand how financial operations, capital structure, business performance, and enterprise-level strategic priorities come together in a fast-paced, high-growth consumer business. The Analyst will work across multiple workstreams, contributing to financial analysis, business insights, and cross-functional projects. Responsibilities will evolve based on business needs and priorities, offering broad exposure across finance and strategy while building a strong foundation in analytical thinking, communication, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Support financial and strategic analysis across a variety of initiatives, including business performance, investments, capital structure, and enterprise priorities.
- Prepare and maintain analytical models, schedules, and reports to support decision-making and leadership discussions.
- Assist with research, data gathering, and synthesis related to markets, competitors, consumers, and internal performance.
- Contribute to the development of presentations and written materials that clearly communicate insights, findings, and recommendations.
- Support cross-functional projects that span finance, operations, legal, technology, and commercial teams.
- Participate in recurring processes (e.g., reporting, planning, reconciliations, or tracking activities) as well as ad hoc analyses and special projects.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and data integrity.
- Take on increasing responsibility over time as skills and business knowledge develop.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, with excellent academic standing; coursework in finance and accounting preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new concepts quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required; familiarity with financial concepts or business analysis a plus but not required.
