Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Production Control Specialist to join our team onsite in Erlanger, KY. In this role, you will manage logistics and production data, drive KPI reporting, and support operations coordination to ensure the smooth flow of LEAP engine components. This position supports high-volume manufacturing and requires strong attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
*Track parts and generate logistics KPIs
*Monitor daily/weekly kit and module flows across Erlanger and associated sites
*Manage outbound shipment and receipt data
*Consolidate weekly delivery forecasts and actuals
*Maintain real-time updates for critical and constraining parts and related actions
*Conduct root cause analysis for delayed or constrained parts
*Support coordination of shipments
*Update delivery dashboards and reporting tools
*Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate parts status and logistics flow

Preferred Qualifications:
*Aerospace or industrial manufacturing background
*Experience in production control, supply chain, and/or logistics coordination
*Familiarity with parts kitting, KPI development, and inventory systems
*AS or BS degree desired but not required
*Computer Savvy
*Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship is required
