We are seeking an Accounting Specialist III - Primary duties will include; Checking and verifying cost accounting, account payable records, prepares invoices and vouchers, types, files, posts ledger and general journal entries, and/or balances accounts payable and accounts receivable records. Uses office-automated systems to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries. May reconcile difficult accounts. May maintain a complete and systematic set of transactions in a specific phase of accounting.



Your Impact

    Produce invoices send them out, and file
  • Test revenue recognition per project each month
  • Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Monitoring of customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
  • Maintain accounts receivable customer files with backup for invoices
  • Follow established procedures for processing receipts
  • Promptly investigate and resolve customer queries
  • Process adjustments


Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience (Accounts Payablel/transactional accounting)
