Job Title: Analyst, IT - People Analytics & Digital Solutions

Job Summary

TheAnalyst, IT -People Analytics & Digital Solutions, playsa key role in transforming how HR delivers insights and efficiency across the organization. This role designs and builds digital tools, analytics dashboards, and automations that improve access to workforce data, streamline HR processes, and enable smarter, data-informed decisions.

Equal parts analyst and developer, this position blends people analytics, data visualization, software development for data pipelines, and low-code solution development using Microsoft technologies including Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The ideal candidate is both technically capable and business-minded-able to connect data, systems, and people to create scalable, user-friendly solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Reporting (40%)



  • Develop and maintain ETL processes using Python and SQL for HR data integration.


  • Build Power BI dashboards and semantic models using DAX.


  • Develop medallion architecture and star schemas in Microsoft Fabric to support scalable analytics.


  • Ensure data quality through validation and governance practices.


Digital Solutions & Automation (35%)



  • Create andmaintainPower Apps and Power Automate workflows for HR process automation.


  • Implement ALM pipelines and manage Power Platform environments.


  • Integrate app-generated data into enterprise reporting pipelines.


Collaboration, Consultation & Continuous Improvement (25%)



  • Partner with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation, optimization, and improved data accessibility.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements to deployed analytics and digital solutions.
  • Stay current with Microsoft ecosystem advancements, including Fabric, Power BI, and Power Platform.



Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in analytics, digital solution development, or systems optimization.
  • Experience in data analytics and reporting, including:


    • SQL querying and relational data concepts
    • Data visualization and dashboard development (e.g., Power BI)


  • Experience developing or supporting digital or automated solutions in a business environment.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Python for data processing or automation.
  • Experience with Power Apps and/or Power Automate development.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern data architecture concepts.
  • Exposure to API integrations and custom endpoints.
  • Familiarity with application lifecycle management (ALM) practices within the Power Platform.
  • Experience working with HR data systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors) and data privacy compliance.



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities



  • Ability to work independently on assigned analytics or automation initiatives within established timelines and according to established standards.
  • Ability to communicate technical information and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage assigned work across multiple initiatives while meeting agreed-upon timelines and quality expectations.
