Job Title: Analyst, IT - People Analytics & Digital Solutions Job Summary TheAnalyst, IT -People Analytics & Digital Solutions, playsa key role in transforming how HR delivers insights and efficiency across the organization. This role designs and builds digital tools, analytics dashboards, and automations that improve access to workforce data, streamline HR processes, and enable smarter, data-informed decisions. Equal parts analyst and developer, this position blends people analytics, data visualization, software development for data pipelines, and low-code solution development using Microsoft technologies including Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The ideal candidate is both technically capable and business-minded-able to connect data, systems, and people to create scalable, user-friendly solutions.
