Aircraft Component Painter

STS Technical Services is hiring Aircraft Component Painters to support aircraft component finishing operations in Stuart, Florida. The Aircraft Component Painter is responsible for preparing, blasting, and painting aircraft components using a variety of industrial coatings. This position requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards to ensure all finished products meet customer and regulatory requirements.

• Accurately identify products and components based on customer specifications and color requirements
  
• Safely move products and components to, from, and within designated work areas
  
• Load and unload items from pallets, carts, conveyors, and related equipment
  
• Prepare components for painting, including proper hanging methods, use of plugs, grease application, and other pre paint procedures
  
• Utilize shipping schedules and computer systems to support on time production and delivery
  
• Operate and maintain painting equipment and machinery in accordance with established procedures
  
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  

• High school diploma or equivalent required
  
• Zero to two years of industrial painting experience preferred
  
• Working knowledge of electrostatic painting techniques is a plus
  
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
  
• Reliable team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
