SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER-PRODUCT ENGINEERING

Estimated annual base pay: $93,000 (minimum) - $121,000 (midpoint) - $149,000 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Problem Resolution: Analyze and solve complex electrical engineering challenges using a variety of technologies and best practices,. Design, support, and test moderate to high complexity hardware boards and circuits..
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage electrical engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards, even when faced with conflicting design requirements and difficult coordination requirements..
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple teams and subject matter experts to integrate and optimize electrical systems across projects, provides estimates and task schedules, conducts design reviews.
  • Mentorship and Support: Provide guidance and serve as a technical resource for junior engineers and team members.
  • Industry Knowledge Management: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive differentiators to inform engineering strategies and decision making.

  • Electrical Engineering Expertise: Indepth knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices across diverse technologies. Complete understanding of component function and testing requirements.
  • Complex Problem Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve intricate technical issues using multiple data sources and good root-causing and trouble-shooting skills.
  • Project Leadership: Skilled in leading projects with minimal guidance, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
  • Technical Innovation: Proficient in developing new perspectives and innovative solutions for existing technical challenges.
  • Cross functional Collaboration: Expertise in working with multiple teams and subject matter experts to achieve consensus and project goals.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of market differentiators and best practices to inform engineering decisions.

  • Strategic Impact: Ability to influence and impact a range of project activities across multiple teams and operational areas. Working knowledge of standards and the ability to apply complex groupings of standards into designs.

Other Qualifications:

  • 4 Year Bachelors BS degree AND 4+ years equivalent experience

Successful Candidates Should Have:

  • Solid knowledge of engineering quality systems (examples: Product Life Cycle, engineering change, configuration management)
  • Competent skills in complex problem solving and troubleshooting of Electronics Control Systems
  • Experience supporting electronic manufacturing processes and operations.
