Salary: Dependant on experience; $110,000 to $112,000 a year plus full benefits

About the role

As an DEX Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the day to dayday-to-day operations of a Managed DEX team comprising onshore and offshore resources. You will be a certified Nexthink expert, possessing Nexthink certifications in: Nexthink Partner Product Certification and Nethink Partner DEX Managed Services Certification. You will have 2+ years experienceyear's experience as an administrator of Nexthink's Infinity platform and experience leading and managing teams of technical teammates.

Insight's Managed DEX provides value to customers through deflection of Service Desk Incidents shifting IT support from Reactive to Proactive while improving end-user experience with IT.   • Oversee day-to-day operations of a diverse DEX Operations team responsible for delivery World Class DEX Operations to multiple managed services customers.
  • Ability to support critical incidents through excellent customer communication and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues identified within the NextThink console, use the platform and experience to troubleshoot and diagnose root cause, and develop remediation steps for implementation or escalation to customer via ITSM tickets and customer-facing communication.
  • Be a subject matter expert (SME) on DEX operations and Nexthink capabilities providing thought leadership and personal delivery expertise.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of relevant industry experience in a NextThink environment
  • 1+ year experience working with ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow.
  • Must have the ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills.
  • Must be able to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints within a timely fashion.
