About the role:
The Senior Digital Program Manager will lead high-impact digital programs and initiatives focused primarily on the Atrial Fibrillation (AF) Solutions business. This is a key role that blends strategic thinking, program management best practices, and cross-functional leadership to drive successful delivery of innovative digital programs that align with Boston Scientific's business objectives.

In this role, you will serve as the central orchestrator for large-scale digital programs-optimizing planning, resource management, stakeholder engagement, and performance tracking. This position demands a strong commercial mindset, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a collaborative approach to influence and align diverse teams in a highly matrixed environment.

Work model, sponsorship, relocation:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our Maple Grove, MN office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Serve as Program Manager for major digital initiatives, managing cost, schedule, ROI, and performance
* Establish and maintain program governance, including scope, roles, risk management, and communication alignment
* Lead large cross-functional teams and collaborate with functional managers to ensure alignment on priorities and resource needs
* Build strong partnerships with workstream leads to understand requirements, mitigate concerns, and ensure program success
* Facilitate meetings and workshops to promote cross-functional alignment, problem-solving, and knowledge sharing
* Promote continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing best practices and innovations
* Manage vendors and service providers to define project scope and performance expectations
* Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement measures to prevent or reduce issues
* Estimate resource needs, define milestones, and guide teams in decision-making to stay on track with program goals
* Monitor program performance using key metrics, analyze trends, and communicate insights through reports and presentations
* Oversee program budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track financial performance
* Act as a strategic partner by providing insights and recommendations for digital products and initiatives
* Travel not expected to exceed 10%

Required qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum of 7 years' experience in project management, including at least 3 years in program or portfolio management
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial environments (e.g., marketing or sales)
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in the medical device industry
* Strong executive presence and ability to present and communicate effectively at all organizational levels
* Proven ability to manage complex digital or software projects from initiation through implementation
* Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen to manage programs strategically
* Self-starter with the ability to operate with limited direction in dynamic environments
* Skilled at gathering input from multiple stakeholders and resolving conflicting priorities across functions

* PMP certification
* Experience with agile methodologies, including roles and responsibilities

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com-will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
