Overview Geosyntec Consultants has an immediately available job opening for a Contract Administrator to work in a full-time, onsite role at the West Valley Cleanup Alliance, LLC. West Valley Cleanup Alliance is the prime contractor selected by the U.S. Department of Energy to manage the Phase 1B Deactivation & Demolition Contract at the West Valley Demonstration Project site. The site is a scenic 30-minute drive south of Buffalo, New York. As a Geosyntec employee working in this role you will monitor all activities related to meeting objectives on assigned contracts, act as a liaison between different departments, and ensure clarity and compliance with contract terms. Duties include but are not limited to maintaining the conformed Prime Contract and Prime Contract Status Logs, assisting site personnel with interpretation of Prime Contract requirements, and Contract Deliverable reviews and Contract communications with Department of Energy Contracting Officer. Education and Licensure
Below are the potential compensation ranges that we in good faith believe are applicable for this role at the time of this posting and are only applicable for jobs to be performed in the specified location(s) below. The typical base salary range for this position is just one component of Geosyntec's total compensation package for employees. Actual compensation will be determined based on education, experience, skill set and location. Minimum Salary: $92,703/year / Maximum Salary: $113,269/year We offer a comprehensive benefits package including, paid holidays, vacation, sick, and personal paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401(k), and other benefits to eligible employees. Candidates accepting a job offer will be required to pass a pre-placement physical, drug screen, and background investigation.
