About Reingold

Reingold is a full-service marketing and creative firm in Alexandria, VA. For more than 40 years, we've been driven by a simple mission: to help organizations - whether in the government, nonprofit, or business sector - as they strive to make the world a better place. We hire top-notch talent to develop and launch compelling, inventive communications campaigns, leveraging the latest technology and digital media strategies that enable our clients to meet their audiences where they are.

We're proud to say we've built a team of curious, passionate pros - from marketers and tech wizards to designers and strategists - who love what they do and bring their A-game every day. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. We believe great ideas come from collaboration, humor, and a little bit of fun along the way.

When you work at Reingold, you get more than a job, you get a community. We offer competitive salaries, a comprehensive benefits package, a dynamic hybrid work environment, a vibrant workplace and growth opportunities in a variety of specialty areas. That means when we find great people (and they find us), they stick around for the long term.

That's where you come in. We're looking for a communications professional to join Reingold in supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) as it transforms health care for Veterans. This new team member will help us raise awareness and drive adoption of VA's digital health solutions and amplify stories about how VA's telehealth services provide access to care for Veterans wherever they are.

This is a hybrid role, requiring at least two days per week on site at Reingold's headquarters in Alexandria, VA.

Here's the work you'll do:

Essential Functions:

  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and partners within and outside of VA.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to govern the design of large-scale events. Tasks will include maintaining an event calendar, confirming VA placement at events, managing authorization forms, tracking travel and other direct costs, coordinating material shipments, and conducting post-event activities.

  • Educate Veterans, providers, and other stakeholders about VA digital health technologies at in-person events, such as Veterans service organization conferences, across the country.

  • Plan and execute virtual events, including forums, town halls, conferences, communities of practice meetings, demos, and more, managing all aspects from kickoff through execution.

  • Design and launch comprehensive outreach campaigns from strategy creation through completion, including managing project timelines, coordinating deliverables across teams, and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.

  • Create and manage the development of campaign deliverables, including strategy decks, press releases, notifications, scripts, multimedia presentations, print materials (flyers, wallet cards, brochures, etc.), social media and blog posts, interactive media, and videos.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the client throughout campaigns, managing day-to-day communications, implementing client feedback, and collaborating with external partners to ensure unified project delivery.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal workstreams (editorial, design, content management, evaluation) and external partners to ensure seamless campaign implementation and unified stakeholder communication.

  • Lead reporting efforts, including preparation of monthly and annual reports.
