Job Description:

Dynamo Technologies, LLC is seeking a qualified Executive Assistant & Personal Assistant (EA/PA) working primarily with our CEO with the potential to support other executives as time allows. This candidate should be a able to provide high-level administrative, operational, and personal support to ensure the CEO's business and personal priorities are executed seamlessly. This dual-role requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, judgment, and the ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, tech-savvy, and highly organized, preferably with experience supporting C-level leaders.


Duties/ Responsibilities
Executive Support (70%)

  • Manage complex and dynamic executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating briefings, and prioritizing competing commitments.
  • Prepare the CEO for daily activities by coordinating agendas, reading materials, talking points, and briefing packets.
  • Review, draft, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with attention to accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
  • Manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and handle communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate executive travel logistics, including itineraries, lodging, transportation, and expense reporting.
  • Serve as a liaison with government partners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Track and follow up on key action items, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Assist with meeting coordination, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up actions.


Personal Support (30%)

  • Manage personal appointments, household vendor coordination, and personal errands.
  • Assist with travel and logistics for family-related or personal commitments.
  • Oversee special projects and events, both personal and professional.
  • Maintain personal records, subscriptions, memberships, and budget tracking as requested.


Required Skills/Abilities

  • 3-8+ years of experience supporting C-level executives; experience in government contracting strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and pivot quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience drafting executive-level documents.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with government customers or familiarity with terms like RFPs, FAR/DFARS, BD/Capture, etc., is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to occasionally travel or work outside standard hours.
  • U.S. citizenship required


Nice to Have Skills

  • Prefer someone who can demonstrate skills in office organization.
  • Prior experience in international travel-planning highly preferred


Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's Degree preferred and 3+ years of experience, or 5+ years of experience


Travel Requirement:



  • Some travel may be required


Clearance Requirement:



  • US Citizen with ability to obtain a DoD clearance if required
