Your Job

We are seeking an FP&A Manager to support our Copper Solutions Business Unit (CSBU) within Molex. This role reports to the BU Finance Director, and will be in-person, based out of our Lisle headquarters. This role will have direct reports.

The Copper Solutions Business Unit (CSBU) designs and manufactures high-speed cable and connector products used for AI compute and networking applications by hyperscale and datacom customers such as AWS, Google, Nvidia, Meta, Alibaba, Bytedance and others. This business is currently experiencing significant growth as part of the broader Artificial Intelligence ecosystem.

What You Will Do

  • Lead BU finance team through monthly close and forecast and annual planning activities
  • Provide stakeholders with clear insight into CSBU performance, key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Lead monthly BU revenue forecasting and partner with demand/supply planning to ensure accurate signals to manufacturing.
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability, decisionmaking, and finance processes.
  • Lead ad hoc analysis, such as:
    • Developing a strategy to address rising raw material costs
    • Manage tariff exposure on US imports
    • M&A support

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 4+ years of FP&A experience
  • Natural problem solver. Likes working with data to derive insights. Highly analytical. Strong accounting and financial acumen.
  • Clear communicator. Distills complex data analysis into key insights. Helps the audience easily understand what matters and why.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Supervisory experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) and familiarity with SAP, Snowflake, OneStream, and PowerBI.
  • Experience working with international stakeholders and manufacturing.
  • Interest in technology markets (hardware, software, components, silicon).


For this role, we anticipate paying $130,000 - $150,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
