Here's what you'd do:

• The Production Flow Coordinator plays a critical role in creating and maintaining a continuous flow process.
• The ideal candidate will become intimately with the all of the materials, tools, and methods of the area(s) they are supporting.
• Reports to the Operations Manager.
• Ensure production flow is uninterrupted and unobstructed at all time
• Keen awareness of time sensitivity
• Protect continuity of work operations by following standardized process
• Continuously supply raw materials and parts, transport finished products away from the work area, remove waste, and update supervisors/management with product counts
• Help build positive relations within all levels of the team
• Other responsibilities as directed and deemed necessary for the business.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $16.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week (1^st shift) / 7:00am - 03:30pm

Length: Contract to hire

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years experience in MS Office Suite and comfortable learning/using computer software.

• Associate Degree
• Need to be able to multitask, agile, organized, work independent
• Electronics manufacturing experience
• Experience in a lean manufacturing environment
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team(s)
• Self-motivated and independent to drive tasks forward
• Understanding of the process from start to finish and be able to quickly read the entire work space to efficiently and effectively support the team.
• Ability to maintain a tight schedule
• Ability to understand and visualize the process flow to alert management of any potential or on-going issues or road-blocks that arise.
• Detail oriented.
• Able to understand product flow.
