What's better than gaining hands-on exposure to real-world contracts that help protect and support a growing organization? Getting paid to do it while building a strong foundation for a future career in law, compliance, or risk management. Trinity Logistics is seeking a Contracts Administration Intern to support our legal and administrative functions for Summer 2026. This internship is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented student with an interest in contracts, liability, and business operations.

As a Contracts Administration Intern, you'll play a key role in organizing, reviewing, and maintaining a large portfolio of contractual documents accumulated over multiple years. You'll help ensure agreements are accurately categorized, easily retrievable, and actively monitored for expiration, renewal, and document-retention requirements. Along the way, you'll gain practical exposure to how contracts support compliance, risk mitigation, and day-to-day operations across the company.

You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders across legal, finance, operations, and administrative teams while supporting proactive contract lifecycle management. This role offers meaningful, hands-on experience with commercial and transportation-related agreements and provides valuable insight into how effective contract administration contributes to business continuity and risk management.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys structure, attention to detail, and working behind the scenes to support critical business processes. If you're dependable, organized, and eager to gain real-world experience in a professional legal-adjacent environment, this internship is for you.
